Progression in the Expert class grants the following:
Skill ranks: 14 per level. These may be added to any skill, subject to skill maximum ranks.
Skill maximum ranks: One and a half times Expert level (round up), in any skill. These maximum ranks stack with maximum ranks that may be gained in certain skills from other classes.
Feats: one Expertise feat per level, (subject to any prerequisites and take-multiple-times rules for individual feats). Expertise feats at this stage of playtesting are:
