Here is the detail about the Lamplugh parish register promised on the main Rawling research notes page. Many thanks are due to the transcribers who make these PRs available online. I originally found these on the site of Roland Grigg; the transcription was first published 80 years ago by J F Haswell; and I have found it online now at an archived site here.
First, the register entries - I have taken these from a transcript presented in alphabetical order. I looked for every spelling of the Rawling surname I could think of, and picked them all out. Then I returned the Rawling entries to chronological order. I have arranged them with the year running from 25 March to 24 March up to 1752, and after that from 1 January to 31 December.

I have to speculate that Jeremy may have been the son or at least the heir of Elizabeth who died in 1697 and her husband who died at some unknown date before - it was clearly around that time that Jeremy moved to the parish. A bit speculative but probably worth looking at the Administration and Invetory of John RAWLING of Hollings granted 1675.
It is also tempting to speculate that Isabel who married in 1725 was another of Jonathan and Martha's early children, if only because she's otherwise the only unexplained RAWLING in the register in the whole 18th century. But there's no guarantee that she was from the parish - it may have been her husband.

See the main Rawling research notes page for why I believe that Jonathan was the son of the above Jeremiah and Martha. As his baptism isn't in the register here, it seems likely that he was older than the sons baptised here and therefore it isn't surprising if he moved in and took over the family farm as his parents aged or died. If Jonathan and Elizabeth of Hows don't move to Hollins somehow, they must have moved out of parish because they don't have burials here.
On the lack of any place name in the pre-1730 records, my theory is just that it was a change in clerical practice. There's a place name in most entries up to 1686; there is only one between 1692 and 1729; there's a place name in most entries again from 1730 onwards. The alternative is that place names are used where necessary to distinguish between people of the same name, but it seems unlikely that this was required in most cases for a century, then not for 40 years, then for 80 years it was again. Therefore it seems reasonable to identify Jonathan of Hows with the Jonathan who appears in preceding entries. If the place-name appeared because there were suddenly two Jonathan RAWLINGs, then you would expect evidence of the second in the register with a different place-name.
I should go to a detailed map of the area and make notes about Hollins. IIRC there is more than one in the parish. Should figure out where Kelton covers. Should check from a census which one my ancestors are at in the 19th C.
William and Mary (of Hollins)
Martha 1762 (mother of Hannah and William who were baptised on the day she married James ROBERTSON in 1788)

Fanny 1776 (married Nicholas DICKENSON 1800)
I admit there's no clear link between the daughters and their marriages, nor an explicit link in the transcript database with the children baptised alongside the marriages. But girls very often married in the parishes of their birth, and there are no other Martha, Hannah or Fanny RAWLING baptisms in this Lamplugh register around the relevant time. Also for the two boys to be named after their grandfather and for the girl to be named after her aunt is a nice link. And the fact that there are so few other RAWLING events in the register in this period does suggest that there's only one main family of them in the parish.

The second son named John Jackson RAWLING does make me think that Ann's father could have been John JACKSON.
