Connected surnames LANCAKE, SWAILE and STORDY
At the moment, and for the foreseeable future, there is nothing much that I can add to the many years of excellent research by Peter Ostle, very well presented on his website. To find on his site the place where the Ostles connect to my line, Mary OSTLE (who married William GLAISTER) was daughter of Thomas OSTLE and Mary STORDY, who head the "Stordy Ostles" section.
